Ed Byrne - General Manager
Byrne is responsible for the driving the strategic development of Hosting365 into new markets, and diversifying the product range across a variety of sectors. Byrne is also responsible for creating and operating an effective organisational structure, and setting departmental budgets and key performance indicators. Byrne has been with hosting365 since 2005, with full responsibility for international expansion, strategic marketing, new product introduction and R&D. Byrne previously ran a software development company where he consulted blue chip companies and software houses on web based applications, and managed the internet strategy from development and analytics to communications and content for a number of businesses. Byrne holds a BSc. in Business and IT from Trinity College and is a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and the Irish Internet Association.

Paul Lynch - Sales Director
Having started in the Telecommunications sector in Esat Telecom in 1999 - Paul has gone on to hold Senior Management roles in Energis Ireland and Smart Telecom. He has vast experience in both the Telco and Managed services space and brings to Hosting 365 a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of sales management and target accomplishment. Paul holds an Honours Degree in Marketing from Dublin City University and is a fluent Spanish Speaker.
Paul is responsible for customer relationship management, increasing revenue per customer, customer retention, and new customer acquisition. Paul's focus is on leading the Sales Team to strategically sell current and future products into the existing market base.

Gary Watson - Operations Director
Watson is responsible for the operations of the data centre, premium support, all deployments and general operational and engineering work.
Watson began his telecommunications career, firstly with Nynex Communications in Manchester. He then entered the Data Centre industry with TeleCity where he deployed numerous facilities across Europe and up until last year was responsible for the commercial and operational management of the TeleCity Dublin facility in City West. His most recent position at TelecityRedbus was as the Senior Operations Manager directly responsible for all Operational integration and Management activities within the Seven London Data Centres.

Michael O'Brien - Financial Controller
O'Brien is responsible for managing all financial information, management reporting, statutory accounts, cost control, debtor management and compliance with reporting to local authorities. O'Brien is a qualified CPA accountant with extensive financial and management experience. Michael started his career with Monash University in Melbourne, Australia before moving to Ireland in 2001 and taking up a senior role within a pharmaceutical company. Over 6 years with this company Michael gained invaluable experience in consolidation of company accounts, financial/management reporting & finance.

Dominik Magoń - R&D Manager
Dominik Magoń is responsible for software development management and technology research. He is responsible for delivering software applications and service automation in Hosting365's new product development process. Magoń's challenge is to provide great and innovative software for customers, so managing hosting services will be simple and automated, and provide a world-leading platform. Magon started as a C++/Java programmer at publishing house in Cracow, after that he was working for consulting company Union Square Internet Development, where he was Lead Developer and Project Manager. Dominik holds MEng in Computer Science from Cracow University of Technology.
